Onsite registration will be open on Sunday, July 10 from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM & Monday, July 11 from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM AND BRING IT ALONG TO REGISTRATE ON SITE AT THE LYON CONVENTION CENTER

We accept payment in cash, French cheques or by credit card.

If necessary, bring along the required supporting documents.

Onsite registration fees (do not include lunch);

All categories give access to all lectures during the congress, to the poster exhibition, to the workshops on building with earth and to the pedagogical documents distributed during the Conference. For logistical reasons, the onsite registration fees do not include lunch nor guarantee access to headsets. You’ll find several restaurants & snacks close to the Congress.

* This fee also applies to members of UNESCO Chair, Proterra, Misereor and AsTerre networks. On presentation of supporting documents.

** This fee also applies to job-seekers and CEAA/DPEA/DSA. On presentation of supporting documents.

*** Spouse or co-author, accompanying a person of categorie A, B, C or D, maximum 2 persons.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy

Prices are calculated on the basis of the existing taxes and VAT rates.
The Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations on the following e-mail address: contact.terra2016@gmail.com; the date of the sending of the e-mail is determining.
Cancellation before or on May 10th, 2016:
An administration fee of 60 € VAT included will be charged. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
Cancellation after May 10th, 2016:
No refund will be made.

VISA – Request for Invitation Letters

Depending on your nationality, a visa can be required for entering in France. You have to apply for a visa before your departuree at the French Embassy or Consulate of your country.
Please visit the website of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs for all necessary information and requested documents.

To support your visa application, you can request an official invitation to participate to the Terra2016 Congress. No invitation letters will be issued if the participant is not registered and if the participation fee has not been paid.
Please send your request for an invitation letter by e-mail to contact.terra2016@gmail.com.

This invitation letter is provided for the purpose of attending the Terra2016 Congress.
Its use for fraudulent purposes is at your entire responsibility.

Moreover, the information provided for issuing the invitation letter can be communicated to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

All expenses involved in relation to the attendance of the Congress are the sole responsibility of the participant.
